Mit dem Euro Campers Euro Star reist du komfortabel und unabhängig durch Neuseeland. Der LDV V80 mit Automatikgetriebe bietet drei Sitzplätze und Schlafmöglichkeiten für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Dank einer Innenhöhe von 1,85 m und einer durchdachten Raumaufteilung kannst du dich im Wohnbereich bequem bewegen. Besonders praktisch: Mit eigener Dusche und Toilette genießt du unterwegs mehr Unabhängigkeit und musst für deine tägliche Körperpflege nicht auf die Einrichtungen eines Campingplatzes angewiesen sein.
Komfortabel reisen mit praktischer Ausstattung
Der Euro Star verfügt über ein großzügiges Doppelbett mit den Maßen 1,80 × 1,80 m. Für ein Kind gibt es zusätzlich ein kleines Dachbett mit 1,60 × 0,60 m, das für ein maximales Gewicht von 45 kg ausgelegt ist. Im Innenraum findest du einen Essbereich mit Tisch sowie eine Küche mit zweiflammigem Gaskocher, einem 133-Liter-Kühlschrank und Kochutensilien. Warm- und Kaltwasser sowie Frisch- und Abwassertanks mit 90 bzw. 95 Litern machen den Alltag unterwegs besonders angenehm. Das eigene Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC bietet zusätzlichen Komfort, während die Self-Contained-Zertifizierung dir mehr Flexibilität bei der Wahl deiner Übernachtungsplätze ermöglicht.
Für die Stromversorgung sorgen eine 12V-Bordbatterie, ein 240V-Stromanschluss auf Campingplätzen und Solarmodule. Eine 240V-Heizung kann bei Bedarf gemietet werden. Auch Bettwäsche ist optional erhältlich. Die Klimaanlage sorgt im Fahrerhaus für angenehme Temperaturen. Der 2,5-Liter-Turbodieselmotor mit Automatikgetriebe verbraucht durchschnittlich etwa 10 Liter auf 100 km. Beachte, dass für Dieselfahrzeuge in Neuseeland zusätzliche Road User Charges anfallen.

That depends on how and where you want to travel in New Zealand. For campervans, self-contained means the vehicle is equipped so you can camp in it for several days without relying on public facilities.

- sometimes extras such as a shower and cooking facilities
In New Zealand, this is particularly relevant, as certain campsites and freedom camping spots may only be used by certified self-contained vehicles.

As standard, most rental companies offer basic cover: a high bond is required, and in the event of an accident or damage you’re liable up to the amount of the excess. For an extra charge, you can usually upgrade to more comprehensive cover with a significantly reduced excess – in most cases, with no excess at all.
